Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus

James Costello PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and is a member of the University of Colorado Comprehensive Cancer Center. Costello brings a wealth of computational and systems biology experience to the field of bladder cancer research. He has developed and applied novel methods for inferring gene regulatory networks and predicting drug sensitivities from ‘omic datasets. Costello’s current research efforts are in mining bladder cancer ‘omic datasets and associating these findings with both cancer progression and patient response to therapies.
