Dr. Gayatri Malhotra-Gupta is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and completed her residency in internal medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and her fellowship in Pulmonary/ Critical Care Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. Her research is focused on the innate immune system and antiviral responses in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Dr. Malhotra-Gupta, who has a passion for volunteering in the community, is on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit organization Global Physicians Network Foundation.
