Prior to medical school she obtained an M.S. in Physiological Sciences and a B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona. She is currently spending a research year under the guidance of Dr. John Koo at the UCSF Psoriasis Center in order to expand her knowledge and experience with clinical research in the field of dermatology.
