Gabriella A. Raffa MD

Gastroenterology Fellow, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee

Gabriella Raffa is a Gastroenterology Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2017 and completed her Internal Medicine residency and chief residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.  Concurrently with her fellowship, she is completing the Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) program, which is geared towards training clinician investigators, and she is currently on Vanderbilt's NIH T32 Training grant. Her clinical and research interests are in inflammatory bowel disease. With the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Lori Coburn and Dr. Keith Wilson, her research aims to characterize serum metabolomic profiles in Crohn's disease patients and their correlation with disease activity and psychiatric comorbidities.
