He is also the Clinical Director of TLC Vision, also in in Fairfield.
He received his Doctor of Optometry degree fromSalus University (Pennsylvania College of Optometry) in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, and completed a residency in ocular disease at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Dr. Conley also attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was awarded a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Health Law.
From January to September 2013, Dr. Conley served as the principal investigator for the COPIOUS trial, which was a clinical investigation of the cardiovascular impact on ocular tissue morphology and pathophysiology in normo-, hypo- and hypertensive individuals with and without cardiac arrhythmias.
