Dr. Lanzel received her DDS degree (2012) and MS degree in Oral Pathology (2015) from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She has been a faculty member in the Department of Oral Pathology, Radiology and Medicine at the University of Iowa since 2015. Her current professional memberships include: Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Member of the American Dental Association.
