Dr. Emiliano Antiga is a researcher at the Department of Surgery and Translational Medicine, Section of Dermatology, University of Florence, Florence Italy. He actively participated to several research projects about autoimmune and inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis.

His project entitled “Clinical and biological activity of curcumin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris” was funded by the Italian Ministry of Health in 2011. He is a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) since 2006 and of the European Society of Dermatological Research (ESDR) since 2007.

He participated to several international congresses as a speaker and he is author of more than 60 scientific articles published on international biomedical journals.
