Dr. Ellisa Krumm is the medical director of the MCH (Maternal-Child Health) integrated OB fellowship at John Peter Smith Family Medicine residency where she practices surgical obstetrics. In addition, she is also certified in HIV medicine by the AAHIVM society. She enjoys teaching residents, caring for women through their pregnancy, caring for patients suffering with HIV, and she finds taking care of mothers with HIV during their pregnancy especially rewarding. She graduated from ETSU Quillen College of Medicine and attended residency at MUSC/Trident Family Medicine, and worked for several years at Christ Community Health Services, an FQHC in Tennessee, before becoming faculty at JPS. She has been to 45 countries, and enjoys travel, as well as riding her horse, in her free time.
