Elena Rosenbaum MD

Elena Rosenbaum, MD, is a physician-educator, specializing in Integrative Medicine and community health. She completed her residency and Integrative fellowship training at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence, MA, and is an Associate Professor at the Department of Family Medicine and Community Medicine at Albany Medical College. Elena is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine and has a medical acupuncture license. Elena was a faculty member in the Samueli Foundation and FMEC Learning Collaborative (2020-22), an initiative geared toward implementing Integrative Health using the HOPE toolkit. Through the years, Elena has collaborated with several community organizations, served on numerous health advisory committees, and was a founding board member of Soul Fire Farm, an Afro-Indigenous-centered community farm committed to uprooting racism. Since 2019, Elena has served as the Medical Director at Healthy Alliance, a Social Care Network that coordinates health and social care services across 25 counties in Upstate NY.
