Debbie L. Teodorescu MD, MEng

Dr. Debbie Lin Teodorescu is currently a fellow in cardiovascular medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s Smidt Heart Institute. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, master of engineering (biomedical with cardiopulmonary focus) from Boston University, and master of arts (history of science) from Harvard University; and completed medicine training at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University’s Warren Alpert School of Medicine. She has contributed to investigation and development of innovations in the fields of autonomic dysfunction, patient monitoring, cardiomyopathy, and procedure safety. Her work has been recognized by such diverse entities as Time Best Invention, TEDMED, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
