After graduating summa cum laude from Cornell University, Daniel pursued research at Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on the development of new CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing technologies. His work has been published in top academic journals and has been licensed by several biotechnology companies, where he serves as a scientific consultant.
Over the past few years, Daniel has engaged in melanoma epidemiology research, aiming to better understand the risk factors associated with disease prognosis and survival. He has also conducted studies examining melanoma treatment outcomes within the Veterans Affairs population. Daniel aspires to be an academic dermatologist in the future, merging his passion for medicine and science to help patients with debilitating and challenging dermatologic conditions.
