Daniel Dugi MD, FACS completed residency in Urology at the University of Texas Southwestern and a fellowship in Reconstructive Urology at UTSW. He is an associate professor of Urology and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.  His practice is dedicated to gender-affirming surgery and complex genital reconstruction. 

Dr. Dugi is co-founded and Surgical Director of OHSU's Transgender Health Program, now one of the most comprehensive and highest-volume gender centers in the United States.   He is also fellowship director for OHSU’s Genitourinary Reconstructive and Gender-affirming Surgery fellowship.
