Dr. Marek is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral Pathology, Radiology and Medicine at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and in the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. She teaches pharmacology and lectures on a variety of topics at the College of Dentistry. Dr. Marek provides continuing education programs throughout the U.S. and Canada including xerostomia management, therapeutic agents for mucosal disease, antimicrobial prophylaxis, and extemporaneous compounding in dental practice.
