Assistant Professor, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia

I am a fellowship trained urologic oncologist who completed her residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and Society of Urologic Oncology Fellowship at University of Texas in San Antonio. My research interests include patient longevity and wellness with the utilization of mindfulness and aerobic exercise as vehicles for pre-habilitation in the perioperative period for patients undergoing radical cystectomy. I am also interested in health disparities in prostate cancer and the representation of Black/African American men clinical trials in that space. My clinical interests include robot-assisted and minimally invasive surgical approaches for the treatment of urologic malignancies.
