Dr. Catalina Triana is a family physician and an assistant professor and Associate Program Director Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, where she completed her residency training and a 2-year family systems fellowship. Dr. Triana has her clinical practice at UTMB and has been on the UTMB faculty since 2006. She teaches behavioral medicine, patient-centered communication, and primary care counseling skills to family medicine residents.
