Brian Vadasz, MD, MSc, is a third-year anatomic and clinical pathology resident at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He completed his medical degree from Technion Israel Institute of Technology and his graduate degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Vadasz is interested in the intersection between medicine and technology, specifically in digital pathology and machine learning. His research involves predicting molecular alterations from blast morphology in acute myeloid leukemia bone marrow aspirates using machine learning. He plans to complete fellowships in hematopathology and clinical informatics following residency.
