Brent Pen-Jen Lin DMD
Clinical Professor, Division of Pediatric Dentistry, University of California, San Francisco, San Francisco, CADr. Brent Pen-Jen Lin is currently a clinical professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Lin obtained his dental degree from Temple University in 1992. He completed a geriatric dentistry fellowship at the University of Michigan in 1997, general practice residency program at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1999, and pediatric dentistry residency program at St. Barnabas Hospital in 2001. He was a full-time faculty at the University of Michigan and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio prior to join UCSF in 2004. Dr. Lin was a former director of the pre-doctoral pediatric dentistry program at UCSF from 2004-2018 and a member of the editorial board for Pediatric Dentistry from 2004-2008. He currently serves as a guest editor for Dentistry Journal and is a member of the editorial board for Journal of Dentistry for Children.
