Dr. Bita Zahedi is a clinical and research fellow in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Her research interests include bone health and osteoporosis particularly in patients with diabetes mellitus as well as those that have undergone bariatric surgery.

Dr. Zahedi received her medical degree from The University of Arizona, College of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her residency training in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and residency program in Worcester, Massachusetts. She received her Master of Medical Sciences and Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
