
Arturo Borzutzky MD
Assistant Professor, Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology Unit, Division of Pediatrics, School of Medicine, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, ChileDr. Arturo Borzutzky obtained his medical degree and specialty in Pediatrics at the School of Medicine of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Subsequently, he did a clinical and research fellowship in Immunology and Pediatric Rheumatology at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard University. Currently he is Assistant Professor of Allergy, Immunology and Pediatric Rheumatology at the School of Medicine, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, Chile.
Dr. Borzutzky has several research lines, mainly focused on the pathogenesis and treatment of atopic dermatitis, epidemiology of allergic diseases, Kawasaki disease and pediatric autoimmunity. He has published his research in several leading immunology, rheumatology and pediatric journals. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and of the American College of Rheumatology.
