Arash Koochek MD, MPH

Dr. Koochek received his medical degree from the University of Vermont and his master in public health degree from Johns Hopkins University. During his dermatology residency training at Yale School of Medicine, he undertook electives at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology in London, England and the Medical University of Graz in Graz, Austria. He completed the Emerging Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA and the Clinical Research Training Program Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. He started a dermatology service for a large federally qualified health center and a teledermatology program for a safety net healthcare system. He was faculty at Harvard Medical School prior to moving to the Chicago area.
