April W. Armstrong MD, MPH

Dr. April Armstrong is the Associate Dean, Vice Chair and Associate Professor of Dermatology, Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA. Previously, she was Vice Chair of Clinical Research, Director of Clinical Trials and Outcomes Research, and Director of the Psoriasis Program at Department of Dermatology, University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Armstrong has expertise in outcomes research, psoriasis, and technology-enabled delivery of healthcare. She obtained Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Harvard Medical School and completed dermatology residency at Harvard Dermatology Residency Program. Dr. Armstrong also obtained a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard School of Public Health. Prior to joining CU, Dr. Armstrong served as Vice Chair of Clinical Research as well as Director of Clinical Research Unit, Teledermatology, and the Psoriasis Clinic at University of California Davis.
