Angela Funovits MD, FAAD
Assistant Professor, Internal Medicine (Dermatology), Northeast Ohio Medical University, Rootstown, OhioAngela Funovits, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist in private practice at Allied Dermatology and Skin Surgery. A graduate of the BS/MD program of Northeast Ohio Medical University, Dr. Funovits completed her dermatology residency at MetroHealth Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University, where she served as academic chief resident. She is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine (Dermatology) at Northeast Ohio Medical University and also serves on the board of trustees of the Ohio Dermatological Association. She has contributed comprehensive fundraising efforts to multiple charitable organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology and American Cancer Society, and has accordingly been named a recipient of the AAD’s Presidential Citation Award.
