Dr. Kesler is specialist in neurology and neuro-ophthalmology, Professor of Neurology and Head of Neuro-Ophthalmology Unit, Tel Aviv Medical Center & Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Her research and clinical interests focus on idiopathic intracranial hypertension syndrome (pseudotumor cerebri), and optic neuropathies. To promote the diagnosis and treatment of large numbers of pseudotumor cerebri patients, she opened a National Center for diagnosis, treatment and research of the pseudotumor cerebri. Prof. Kesler’s academic and teaching activities are highly appreciated by medical trainees, being a very sought-after lecturer and mentor. Prof. Kesler had more than 120 publications in to medical journals, and she frequently lectures as an invited professor to national and international meetings.

Professor Kesler is member of the Israel Medical Association, the Israel Neurological Society, the Israel Ophthalmology Society, the North America Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (NANOS) and the European Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (EUNOS), serving also on the EUNOS Research Committee.
