Amish Raval MD is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Interventional Cardiologist at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. He holds an Affiliate appointment in BME, and is also Director of the UW Health Heart Attack Program and Director of Clinical Research for the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine.  His translational research focus currently related to targeted delivery of stem cells and other biologic agents for cardiac and vascular repair.  Part of this research requires the development of tools to permit multi-modality co-registration of imaging in the cardiac catheterization laboratory for precise catheter based targeting. He is PI of numerous cardiovascular regenerative medicine clinical trials.
