Alexander Aabedi is a resident physician in the Department of Neurological Surgery at UCSF. His interests lie at the intersection of neurosurgical oncology, computational neuroscience, and data science. While he was a medical student at UCSF, Alex completed a one-year research fellowship with Dr. Hervey-Jumper where he focused on elucidating the capacity of brain tissue infiltrated by tumor to process information in awake patients undergoing intraoperative electrocorticography.
