Adam B Hessel MD,FAAD
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Dermatology and Pathology, The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH; Private Practicing Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, Buckeye Dermatology, Dublin, OHDr. Adam B. Hessel received his Medical Degree from New York University School of Medicine, and completed a Residency in Dermatology at The Ohio State University, where he also served as a Chief Resident. He completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology at The Ohio State University. Since 1994, Dr. Hessel has been a faculty member of The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where he is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor with faculty appointments in the Division of Dermatology and Department of Pathology. Dr. Hessel practices Clinical Dermatology and Dermatopathology at Buckeye Dermatology in Dublin, Ohio.
Dr. Hessel has published articles in medical journals and is a co-author of the chapter Agents Used to Treat Hyperkeratosis in the Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy Textbook. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and American Society of Dermatopathology. His clinical interests are general dermatology, surgical dermatology, skin cancer detection and prevention, and dermatopathology.
